700 at very low speeds ?
#1
I have alot of steep hills & trees around so slow riding is what i do most. Does the 700 pull good at very low speeds & without over
heating? Or is it made mainly for top end & faster speeds ?

I do a lot of slow riding in both high and low range. I have not had any problems with overheating. At times the fan will cycle on and off and it seems to move enough air to keep from over heating. I also have ridden in tall weeds and grass that has plugged the screen in front of the radiator without overheating.

I got my 700 this Jan and havn't had a prob yet. They did have a problem with some of the 02's. Turned out to be a circut breaker that was to small by about 10 amps that got put on some of the bike by mistake. Other then that about all I have herd is they do start to run hot when the radiator gets filled with mud.

The overheating problem can happen to any 4-wheeler even if it is liquid cooled. If a 4-wheeler's radiator gets clogged with mud it may overheat, but were talking a large amount of mud. I don't own a SP700 but my guess is that it does good for hills and things because it has a lot of low-to-mid range torque.
