Need Help In removing Master link in O-ring Chain
I bought a little black box that fits around the chain and houses a set of brushes attached to a small sprocket inside. The thing works great. You fill it with the cleanser and roll it over the chain (still on bike). makes the chain like new.
good investment
Keep a hawks eye on a used master link,,,,,,they are much more likely to fail.

Need Help In removing Master link in O-ring Chain
Thanks to NC and Bing!
It would be great to find such a black box to clean the chain....Idea's where a person could get one?
Pulling the front chain is no picnic!
I'll keep a eye on the master link-it doesn't look like it want's to wander off the sprocket, it just retains it's bend when it comes off the sprocket, and throughout it's travel....
I used some Bell Ray lube for o-ring chains--not as tacky as the PJ-1

Chain scrubber, worky for me. After you type in chain scrubber it should link to another window with another small link that says photo, product--------Uneek chain scrubber. Click on that. If you are not getting that, you are doing something wrong, make you sure you are typing it in the Keyword search and not part# search.
