how do you clean Polaris ATV goggles

Default how do you clean Polaris ATV goggles

every time i try to clean mine i spray windex on it and get a paper towle and it always seams to scratch them, any tips?

Get yourself some tearoffs or rolloffs you will love them.

A: Don't use a paper towel. that is what scratches them. Find a soft cloth that won't be abrasive. I use Novus #1 spray to desmudge after I wash off all the mud. Leaves a crystal clear view without scratches. Windex will work well too. But first, wash the mudd off under water, use your fingers...a towel against the mud and sand on your goggles can also scratch, so free wash off the mud. Then use a soft cloth and your windex for final smudge removal and your lenses will last much longer!

Yep never use paper towles on plastic paper is a tree use a softcloth on it and if muddy run under water and rinse all the big stuff off

Default how do you clean Polaris ATV goggles

A trick i learned frommy days snowboarding is when you wash them use a bit of soapy water, this will prevent fog from forming if you get into a wet situation. But don't use the soapy water on a mirrored lens, it takes the luster off, but it works good with any clear or coloured lens, as long it is not mirrored
