I believe they were known as Scramblers (long before the newer 4 wheel Scrambler series came out). I wouldn't hold out hope for finding one. Polaris was pretty bad with it's relability back then. The last I heard they were fast as heck in a straight line, but wouldn't turn worth a darn. If you find one, chances are it will be sitting in a garage sitting unused for many years.

I found this 3 wheeler site Polaris Scrambler Trike
Hope it helps, but if you are looking to find one I'd have to agree with Mike.

Polaris made both a Scrambler and a Cyclone 3-wheeler. The Scramblers were pretty much like any other 3-wheeled ATV, except they were a two-cycle. They DID set new standards for performance. I still see a couple of them around every once in a while. A guy not too far from me has one or two he keeps running just for old times sakes.
The Cyclone was a different bird. It came from the factory ported, and with a tuned pipe, and fairly aggressive clutch kit. They were made both in 3 and 4 wheeled form, with the 3-wheeler being quite rare (If you have one, don't sell it too cheap!) Also, contrary to popular belief, the Cyclone 3 and 4 wheelers would run with anything factory out there at the time, including the almighty Honda 250R. It didn't handle as well (the 4-wheeler came closer than the 3) and didn't have as good of suspension, but stock for stock, would hold with them, except maybe on an MX track. In a straight line, they would leave them behind. I think they only made the 3 wheeled version one year, and never had the time to get the handling down quite right, but the last Cyclone 4-wheelers made were actually pretty good fun quads, but were never really designed for MX.
