Default Speed limiter

There used to be these little speed reducers that are a sleeve that look like a wedding band that you put next to the clutch.
It basically keeps the plates from squeezing together and expanding to make the belt drive the ATV faster.
Im looking for 2 of them for a pair of Polaris outlaw 90 quads. I imagine all 90cc and 50cc quads would use the same size.
If I remember correctly, they will limit the quads to about 15 mph and without they will do 30ish mph
Anyone know where I can find the speed limiter spacers?

Usually the throttle is limited.
On a personal note.. Congrats. you are the first person ever that thinks the outlaw can even go slower that it's normal turtle speed.
Now, let's be honest, why do you need them that limited? Your kids maybe too small?

When moving up from machine to machine, its nice for them to get used to the size while having the same power as before, and then let them get used to the additional power. The limiter keeps it at 15mph while still having full throttle and full power up until then.. so climbing hills and doing things that require full power are still able to be done. The kids have no need to do 30mph at this point in the trees, but more power while limiting top end speed would be nice... hence the limiter.

You can use shims to accomplish the same thing and fine tune it to your liking... I have always just spent the time and taught them to ride properly but my little one is also pretty good and does not go faster than she is comfortable. I actually don't think she likes the engine noise and she stops when it gets to a certain pont
