I took my ATV to a local mechanic over 3 months ago. All it needed was breaks. I even paid him upfront. He has since barely communicated anything about my 4-wheeler. I finally reached my breaking point any told him I was coming to get my property. After he gave me excuse after excuse. When I informed him I'd be picking up my 4-wheeler he proceeded to tell me that if I came in his property he would have his dogs attack me and call the police. Then, he said he would leave my 4-wheeler on the side of the road at the end of his driveway to be picked up Monday. What can I do?
