We're not talking a Pro level race quad, heck no we aren't going to see that from a mainstream manufacturer. What we are looking for is a well balanced, good handling, lightweight package with a strong engine that is a good basis to improve upon. So far the 250Rs and 400EXs are the ticket.

To be honest it looks like the Cannondale holds the most potential in that area. With Kawasaki's race team they are sure to focus that way as well.

You can't forget Gas Gas, with their 250 & 300 2-stroke motors. I think these quads could cause quite a stir in the racing circles, even if they do look a little funny with that front plastic, that looks like a huge nose
