Has anyone ridden the FX 400? If so, what is the difference between the 400EX and the Cannondale. Or do you think there will be a big difference between the two?

 

Nobody but the test riders for Cannondale have been on one yet. Among other features an all aluminum chassis, fully adjustable Fox shox all around, a 350lb dry weight, a reversed top end, (intake in front, exhaust in rear) and fuel injection. It really is a big technological step forward on paper. I'm certainly looking forward to the release. It is expected to put out a bit more horsepower from a 430-450cc powerplant as well. As great as the 400ex is as an all-around performer the Cannondale is more of a harder-focused, cutting edge take on a performance ATV. Honda will absolutely answer the bell and return fire for 2002 if not the coming model year.
