Default STUDDED PADDLES?

Just wondering if anyone makes a studded paddle tire for my Z. I want to get the GBC Paddle Masters because i have heard they are the toughest. I am looking for the best tire to ride with on the ice and in the powder so i figure studded paddles would do the job right? If i can't buy paddles (as strong as the padde master) with studs, then is there any way i can just put studs in my paddle masters?

i highly doubt either of those options... i dont think a paddle tires is strong enuff to hold the screws.

studded paddles? lol. that would not work. not only would the paddles ride like absolute crap the second you got on the ice they would start falling apart soon after. get some gbc mud busters or some realtors and stud them if you want ice and snow performance.

I second that. I just got some realters on .190's a week ago and they work great in the snow. They do suck up some power though.

Check out the tires on my V . They are Wooly Booger knock offs for about 70 canadian
The traction on snow is great and ice it is awesome. When it is too deep for the V, I ride the thing on the left

I would also vot no on the studded paddles- that would be one might rough ride. I run the same tires XC800 runs; Cheng Shin Chevrons- cheap, but they can run either way and do a very good job studded or not on my 250R... just my .02

I would say Realtors as well, I think they are too much for paddles really, but I'm sure they would work great... You want some floatation as if you paddle too much on snow, I think you'll just bury yourself too fast in the softer lighter snow than you would in the heavier sand. I run Fast Trekkers in the 20" size with studs throughout and use the cup like center **** for just a little deep snow paddle affect while having the rest of the knobbies for control. I think the Realtors would have a knack of sliding sideways a little too much with the lack of ***** to control the drift too. Don't forget, if there's too much snow, the studs won't do diddly, but they would always pay off on the very first icy hill anyhow. Just something to keep in mind, but compared to any other tires, I haven't seen another tire perform in the snow as well as my Fast Trekkers other than Radial style stock tires found on Raptors and 400Ex's, believe it or not, but they seem to give some of the best traction with studs I've seen yet in winter, probably due to the fewer ***** and greater contact patch/flex on load?

You got it right SpArX. I have fasttrekkers, realtor, and stock 400ex radial studded. The realtors get the best forward traction but the unexpected sliding can be a bit unnerving at times. When my fast trekkers were new they were great for traction but now that they are 2/3 worn down all they do is spin. They are a great value though.

My son runs Razor 2 tires on the back of his Banshee . we studded them last night 626 studs per tire. tried it out today and he was pullin wheelies in 3" of snow on the lake ice. grabs like mad. u can't put to many studs in a tire, more the better. we just use sheet metal screws from the hardware store 3000 for 60$
