2006 Yamaha Wolverine 450 no Fire

I have a wolverine thats been sitting many years It will not fire Ive replaced the stator and pick up The rectifier, ignition coil and plug and CDi all Yamaha oem I have plenty of spark i have checked the timing its fine It wont fire even with either straight in Nothing It just turns over Fuses are fine Kill switch seems to work And neutral or park read out fine on the dash I get around 160 psi on the compression test I am currently trying to remove the valves They look ok and compression was good But I'm at a loss I did however see lots of oil in the exhaust valve rocker cover and a little in the intake? Any ideas?

Check timing. Make sure the T mark on the flywheel is right by piston TDC. Then check the T mark against the timing mark(s) on the cam. If they agree, it has to be a caburettor problem, remove float bowl and jets, clean them and the holes they came from out with compressed air. Make sure the inlet manifold isn't leaking air, a common problem on Yamahas.
