what do u wear when riding?
If you ride aggressively then a chest protector (same thing as roost deflector) is a good idea. They have some that can be worn under your jersey, but I like the ones that go on the Outside. More protection. Not to mention if you flip over I would rather have my handle bars break my chect protector than my ribs. I have the Answer Edge chest portector and no complaints here.

I ride with full gear - Thor Helmet, gloves, jersey, pants, goggles, and fly racing boots. I don't use a chest protector though.
Somebody mentioned earlier that they got boots and couldn't shift with them. Try adjusting your shifter up, after that you shouldn't have a problem.

anyway, ive got O'Neal pants (very comfortable), AlpineStar Tech 4 boots, helmet, Sinisalo club jersey, and thor gloves

what do u wear when riding?
ive herd about the teck 4, 6, and 8 boots does that have to do with how portective/suportive, wich would limet your motion. is that true? and if it is does that mean the teck 6 boots would never be as flexable as the teck 4's would be out of the box?

ok here it is... Vega helmet Oakley googles bug bites on neck... chest protecor in a few weeks... my FOX shirt [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] if it's cold my blue FOX RACING sweatshirt.. some cheap KMART Camo pants... that work good till my tranny(got so hot) melted them... TO MY LEG!!!! didn't hurt till it ripped out my hairs OUCH!! n well.. right now i gotta wear shoes(not safe) till my nerfs thaw out(icy) so i can losen them... cuz my boots get lifted up...n it won't shift...
