Default Which snowmobile brand?

What snowmobile brand would you guys recommend? Arctic Cat, Polaris, Ski-Doo or Yamaha? I've never driven anything but Ski-Doo, but I've heard good things from the other manufactures. i've been on a polaris and an Arctic Cat before. Which company do you guys think make the best ones? And after that which sled would be the best for my experience. I currently drive a Formula Mach 1 583...

When I lived in Michigan we had 4 differnet sleds (2 enticers,1 phazer, and 1 exciter) and they where all Yamaha, they all ran strong and we rarely had any problems out of any of them. I rode with guys that had a diverse group of sleds (yamaha, artic cat, ski-doo, polaris, and 1 old kawasaki...yes kawasaki made sleds at one time) and the yamahas and ski-doos seemed to be the most reliable and perform the best. This is just my experience, if I was looking for a sled now I would look mostly at either Ski-doo or Yamaha

Ya get anything over 10 years old if you want to get smoked badly!

My yamaha has been the most reliable out of all my friends but ski doo has more to choose from and are still reliable and fun... and fast

I heard that Skidoos are the worst in fuel efficiency.

I never said that It was fast....I just said that they still run good. let your yami age almost 30 years and see if it still runs. Our cats have been rolled every which way. Yami does have some fast snowmobiles I'll agree to that... my uncle has a 700 and I hit speeds of 70+ but then had to back off because I ran out of room...I only had probably under a 1/4 of a mile.

If you were to take a Brand new sled from 20 years ago (pretend that you could) and a brand new sled from right now. Um the one from today would Def. out last
