Very much the truth, as we got into the higher speeds his 650 pulled away!!! Off the line however, I did beat him!!!!

It's all in the driver I will give you that. But very few people(that I have seen)start in 2nd gear with the ds it is a torque monster and if you start in first you won't beat **** out of the hole.

the pred can be pretty fast too, with a little practice shifting.

Lol. Get him MrBigIron. I dont want to push him towards the wrong quad. My family owns 2 Raptors, 2 400ex, Ds 650, and 2 Shees right now, not including all the 4x4's. But he did ask what is the fastest quad. The only quad in stock form that could out run the Ds is the Zilla.

Yes the Ds is a big quad and loves open range. But time and time again it wins every shootout. When are we going to get the credit the Ds deserves. Most of the owners that ride Ds are proud of them. They are great quads with awesome power.
