I recently bought a kx250 and love it, so I decided since I liked it so much why not get a new (don't want a 10 year old one) 2-stroke quad too. I was wondering which I should get and am not sure at all so I was hoping you could help me out. I was looking at either a Banshee or a Blaster, what I want is to be able to smoke my friends who have 400ex's etc... while we are on dirt roads and pretty good handling on the trail. I have a friend who has a Blaster and when I tried it I loved it very much, but I have never tried a Banshee.
(Bye the way I don't think that Blaster will last much longer because a couple of days ago while it was quite foggy a friend of mine but not the owner had it wide open on the beach and drove it right into the ocean and the water was higher than the fenders.) I tought it was quite funny but I am not the one who will be paying the bill to fix it. Anyway just tought I would tell you that story.

Well if you want to smoke you buddy's with the 400's you would want the Banshee, and seeing that you have a KX250 you should be able to handle the power. But if you are set on getting a Blaster you will have to mod. it to keep up with the EX's. It's all up to how much you want to spend.

 

Blaster-HAHAHA. get the Banshee especially if your set on a 2-stroke. But if your not set on a 2-stroke look into the New sport models 2001-Raptor, Cannondale, or a 400ex itself. Banshees are good too though.
