I saw a quadzilla with and 1100cc snowmobile motor, Nitrous and picked tires do a 4.6 @ 84 mph on grass. A stock yfz? HA HA! I pulled a 5.89 @ 54.32 mph on the same track with my stock Baja X and took 4th place in the run what you brung final. I lost to three pure drag quads. I didn't lose to any stock quads. The preditor came the closest to beating me in the stock class, but didn't. I also smoked a V-force that had a wheelie bar on it. I was disappointed by the V-force with all of its hype. Stock, a V-force isn't impressive. Moddded might be a different story.

well i own a ds actually 2, and i'd be looking into the 450 if my son was a year or two older, but if you you want to drag race they both lose to the old guard those two strokes rule and i've put a lot into one of my ds's. now if you want to go on a ride and enjoy the day be pretty fast, and win a lot of races ther ds is a good choice, if you want to go to the track and win a lot of races the 450 seems like a nice machine they also seem to wheelie very nice. they are just nice machines. the 450 seems to be much faster off the line. at the dunes in dry sand i usually figure a 2-3 quad jump off the line, but the ds will track it down, last ride was in wet sand and that start was about even.
