I looking into a new quad for my self. I was either going to get the KFX400, 400ex, or the Z400. I dont plan on buying these quads brand new, and money is sort of an issue. I want to wheelie, jump and have fun in mud puddles. Which is best? THANX

 

Your best find might be in a used 400ex because they have been around longer and will do just what you have asked.

 

Or you can get a used z400/kfx400 for a couple hundred more and get a little better performance.

 

Used KFX/Z400's are usually around 4000-4500 maybe...and like you said...money is an issue, and 400ex's can be found a lot cheaper. 400ex's are a tad bit slower, but they great reliability.

 

400Ex's are wheelie machines, and they are very reliable and cheap. I would go w/ the 400EX

 

z400 or kfx 400, best 400 quad out there, just pic it on which one looks nicer to you, i like the new orange kfx

 

I have decided with the 400ex or the z400. I was wondering how much you use reverse? If you use it alot i would what the z400. Hey 400ex owners, how is it without reverse? THANX
