I heard a rumor that when you get a new yfz, it comes with one of those little hemroid donuts. If it's not true it should be.

That's funny.....in a way.
The funny part about it is when I purchase a sport quad I'm not looking for the comfort of a Gold Wing or a Winnebago. I buy it to be in front. Funny how people seem to find the most ridiculous things to complain about.
I'm going to start complaining about being in front.

Not everyone wants the fastest machine out of the box, considering there will always be plenty of people faster than you anyway. Comfort is a big deal for trail riders and duners. Its also not bad on long xc races.

But I guess I missed the part of Yamaha's marketing campaign that said the YFZ was an all our trail machine. If they don't market it as this then why complain about it's comforts?
Kind of like buying a Grizzly, taking it to the track and complaining about the way it handles off of a triple IMO.
I'm just amazed at the little crap people find to complain about on these things. "I'd buy it, but I hate the throttle". Like one small item like this should make one purchase a lesser machine.

I own a piped Raptor and I can beat some 450's but others take me. I think with and equally modded 450 and raptor it could go either way with the edge leaning towards the 450. When you upgrade to 686 I would say your raptor is gonna beat a piped 450 most of the time. just what i have seen in my short riding career....
