Yea, They bend reallllyyy easy my buddy did the same thing.

 

I have the desert grab bar and i have to say it works great for wheelies....I love mine.

 

I think it depends what you hit the bar on, like if you are on dirt, it should hold up, but I was wheelieing on a rocky surface, and i bent mine, and then when my dad strapped it onto the truck, it snapped[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

i broke my grab bar clean off when i hit it doing wheelies but i think some one broke it before and tryed to fix it. i'd like to get one of those desert grab bars

 

yea our kfx700's grab bar sucks way bad too. they will bend by pushing or pulling up on them.
we bent ours and took it off. and they are not even that heavy. you can tell they are way cheap material. get a six pack rack

 

mine is holding up great...i've brought wheelies back onto the gravel trail, in soft grabby ground, and on blacktop and all i got is a couple scratches...i've even done a couple sliders across the blacktop, and still no bending

 

its a good thing i ride in the sand. i dont have to worry about that. i stand my bike up all the time and i bairly have any ware on my grab bar.

 

my pred grab bar has held up wonderfuly
