What would I expect !

I used to race (12 years ago) a LT250R with Paul Turner engine, uprated shocks, axle swing arm etc - nice bike. Ran out of money with family etc and stopped.
I'm thinking of buying a quad now for some MX practice tracks and probably some flat track racing - I'm much older and fatter now so full on racing is proabably not a good idea.
My question is - What difference would I notice between my old race bike a new one (probably 4 stroke)? Does a stock model require any or a lot of mods to be as good as my old LT?

If your 250r was stock then one of the new 450 would do. They both come with great shocks. It all depends on whether you want to ride a yami or a honda. Just do your research and dirve one of each. Good luck.
