Default sport tire size ?s 20/7/10 22/7/10

Im looking in to buying some new front tires. First off i wold like GOOD HANDLING. I run 20/11/10 razrs on the rear now.

And was wondering if the front tire should be taller than the rear.

Or if the tires can be the same size all around.

I would like to know what u guys think i should run.

PS i ride trails and tracks.

Generally stock front tires are taller than the rears. If you are running 20's out back then I would go with 21x7x10 up front. If you go too big the handling will suffer. If you are solely riding mx then I would go smaller all the way around.....

Hey thanks.

Do u think that that is why my stock 400ex tires do not do so well on the track? Or just that they are 2 ply?

Also i am thinking of buying a cam. For the type of riding i do what cam do you suggest?

21-7-10 is a good all-around size for the front of a sport quad.

Get the razr 2s in 21 or 22, whatever they come in, and you should be happy. I'll be getting razr2s all the way around... next dry season.

My experience with my stock tires was that they had alot roll when the tire pressure was below about 5.0 -5.5 which contributes to the quad wanting to tip.The 2 ply aspect of it doesn't help either when the are tall.I use HOT CAMS(not sure if they're the best but,it's what I have).
