fyi to you all, the mojave has more horse power than the 300ex and the blaster, dirt wheels magazine did a comparasin between the blaster and mojave and said that the kawi was just as fast as well as having more torque, the 300 is a good bike, but its an AIR cooled TWO valve quad... i dont even consider it a race quad anymore.</end quote></div>
For YOUR info, the 300 is a 4 valve single cam (saves weight) and with being air cooled, it will never lock up if you check your oil, and saves even more weight. I would have to say the 300 is better (e-start for trails). I have a stock '04 300ex and a stock '87 Mojave (with a recent complete rebuild) and I admit the Mojave is faster (acceloration only) than the 300ex. But the kick start makes me at times.

The only problem I have with jumping mine really hard is that I cracked my swing-arm and bent my frame. I just have way too much fun!
