Im thinking of buying a new quad, but i kinda want to buy a "newer" one, maybe a 2000-2004
What is the best quad i could get for my money i spend on it?

 

That really depends on a few important pieces of info;

1. How much $$$ do you have to spend
2. Do you want a sport quad, utility quad, or an "in-between" quad
3. What do you plan on doing with it?

 

im thinkin somwhere inbetween 3k-4k
sport quad i would want
and trail riding and jumping

 

Have you though about building up your Sport?

But in that price range, you are probably looking at a used 400EX, Warrior, and maybe you can get a used Z400 or KFX400

Yes, shop around. I know where I live in Ca. it's hard as heck, to find a used Z400 and I've never seen a used Pred for sale. Have your money ready. I know when I bought my Z400, he wanted $3500. it was the first one I've seen for sale and at the price he wanted, it was a steal.

 

I started another thread, but this one seems like a good place to ask too.

How much should I ask for my 2004 Limited Edition(black) Raptor 660? It only has a few minor scratches and is in really great shape. Don't know if location effects price, but I'm located near Reading, PA.

Once I get a 'fair market' value I plan on reducing the price for a quick sale. I hate selling, and would take a loss just to get it over with.

Actually, I have been thinking $4500. I know I'm taking a loss for the actual value, but like I said.....I hate dealing with selling(or buying for that matter).
