I have to keep it rideable. Not an all out drag bike.I want to to hang close to my brother's v-force.She really likes riding the v-force.Don't need it any faster than the Kawi.Pretty sure it will take more than a pipe. The v-force is by no means a slow poke.I have to set a limit of how fast it can be due to the fact my wife will be learning how to ride a quad with a clutch.I know she can, just need to build up her confidence. What do you guys think it will take for a blaster to hang with a v-force?

You could always go with a 240 kit and pipe. I used four inch longer swingarm on the rear and some plus 3 inch A arms. The swing arm was a stock one that was lengthend. I got it from blaster.com for $200... They also will extend yours but the cost almost evens out when you add in the cost of shipping yours to them. Mine came in powdercoated chrome. I used maier race plastic on mine to change the looks a bit. I also used banshee brakes. These are a MUST HAVE when you make an older blaster faster... It has a banshee rear axle and carrier.
If you are anywhere close to Pope County you can bring it to Russellville and take it to HUBBARD ATV for porting. The guy that does it can do it however you want. They can get you a bigger carb and any big bore kit you want...
Here is a link to some pics of my blaster. These are when it is almost done.

wow, thats a pretty nice blaster. i would deffinently go with a 240 kit cuz its going to be hard to get it to hang with a V-Force.i wouldnt really know tho. im sure its possible. just may take a lot of work.
