Why does one quad wheelie better than another?
Another factor is that the 400EX motor is a slower to rev motor with lots of flywheel effect and very strong low to mid range torque. Less worry about unexpected surge of power and looping out. All things are possible on the 400EX that are only a dream on the Bansh. That is all except the wild surge of adrenalin when the Bansh hits.

Torque/Power delivery
Frame geometry
Ride height
Swingarm Length
Engine placement and heigt
Overall weight distribution
Any more...
Rider weight and positioning makes the most noteable impact, you can wheelie just about anything short of an automobile if you have enough lead in your pants.
