I have been riding at a track here recently and there is a 50ft table top that i cant seem to clear, just a few feet from it. You have a real short run after the last previous curve. In 2nd i can't get enough speed and 3rd i lose to much speed through the curve, i pin the throttle but still come up short by acouple feet. How can i regear to help me out. 1 tooth down in the front or 2 teeth up in the back. Any help would be appreciated.

A one tooth change in the front is about equal to a 3 tooth change in the rear, so going down one tooth on the front is more of a gearing change than 2 up in the back.
All I can really say is experiment, each track is different, each bike is different, and the mods on your bike will make a big difference as well.
