If your trying to spen under $4,000 I would get a 250r and modify it to how you like...If you want something fast my friend has his 99 banshee for sale totally stock for $4,200 includes gear, ramp, helmet, etc...

He lives in Cedar Hill, TX and Kemp is just around the corner...let me know!

Why buy new? you could even get a 98 or 99 400EX for around 4,000 and its way better than the blaster would be, even a 300EX is better than the blaster maybe not on top speeds but everything else the 300ex is better. i bought my ex for 3600 and have been putting mods on since i like the light weight and mobility of the the 300EX but yet i would rather have the 400EX, but since im in college im stuck with my good ole 300ex so i would consider a used 97-99 300EX/400EX and have te reliability and the good reputation of Honda.
