Most ATVs come with thumb throttles I'm guessing. I've been riding dirt bikes and am just getting into ATV's but I think I'd much rather have my twist back over the thumb throttle though. Does anyone know how much that might cost to change?

You can buy a motion pro twist throttle for 40-90 dollars depending on application. You dont have to convert anything, just remove the stock thumb throttle and cable then install the twist and its throttle.

 

the converting process is easy. just buy the twist like maddog said and install the twist and cable. its not that difficult, most quads take about 30 mins. what kind do you have?

 

Make sure you sand off all of the paint on the handlebars where the twist will be located. All mine have twist and that is the only way to go!
