Default Which sounds better?

I know I'm going to catch a lot of crap for saying this but I think 2 strokes sound high and whimpy, I have been around a lot of 2 strokes, and four strokes and I think four stokes sound much lower and tougher. I always here 2 stroke owners saying how wicked there machine sounds, I dont get it they don't sound that great to me. Stock four strokes don't sound that good, but when you get a good aftermarket pipe on there, then thats a different story. Thats just my opinion though.

Thats true with most 2-strokes to. And what kind of 2 strokes have you been hearing? I know snowmobiles and polaris sound weak.

Depends, I have heard some piped ones that sound really sweet but the stockers don't sound good to me.

There is nothing better sounding than a piped 2 stroke.

IMO, nothing sounds better than the wailing sound of a piped and properly tuned Banshee.

Raptors sound pretty good with a pipe as well, just not as good as the Banshee.

I'm having a tough time getting used to the sound of a 4-stroke. Love the sound of a 2-stroke when she hits the powerband and you get that instant jump to 8000rpm and the wwwwwwwwwhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. That just sounds quick to me.

4-stroke sounds loud and thumpy...but I'm getting used to it.
