Default new sport quad ?

The 660's tend to have more reliability problems than most quads, but if you do the recommended maintainance and don't beat it you shouldn't have any problems. The 660's suspension is better than a 400ex's, but not as good as a kfx's. The 660's in stock form don't corner that great, because like most yamahas, they come from the factory too tall and narrow.

Both are god for wheelies. The Z/KFX is better all around like recon said. Might be able to find a used ex cheaper though.

No recall yet. I had mine checked before warranty ran out. Dealer said it still looked brand new. Just a matter of time though. Two dis-similar metals +water (or electricity)=galvanic action. I expect Suzuki will recall once the new quadracer really gets moving, they wouldn't want to risk sales of their new flagship. Althouh they already changed the design of that one so the portion the water goes through is aluminum and only the part over the clutch is magnesium. Made it a 2 piece part. Which is probably the reason for the big delays in coming out.
