Me and my buddies always race down my friends private paved driveway. We want to put a start and finish line for a 1/4 mile drag strip. This is just for fun but what is the easiest way to measure this out. I live in Canada so all our measurments are metric, but one of our trucks speedo is in miles. Can i just reset the trip meter? And actually one of the reasons I want to do this is because some kid I dont really know mouthed me off and said his preddy will smoke my trx 450r in a 1/4 mile, so i said lets race. Both stock quads will I win? (Actually right now I have the airbox lid off and its jetted accordingly). (I also have a different insert in the exhaust, not sure what it is, but not HRC)

 

racing 2 quads in the quarter is pointless. both quads will be topped out well before the finsh line. race him 300 feet, thats what matters.
