Im thinking the biggest money chewing quads are the DS650, banshee, 660 raptor.............. and possibly a 450r or yfz if you start adding big bore and stroker kits.

How much can you put into those anyway before the stock engine is at it's limit for modifications- i dont care how unreliable it becomes- how much money do you need to max it out with performance mods such as drag chassis, tires, wheels, susp, aarms, axles, engine stuff, carb and fuel injection stuff, nitrous, turbos?

I here of people putting $10,000-$15,000(one is for sale) into race 300ex's.........so I guess the sky is the limit.

ya but that is just being plain stupid......... even after 15k, a 300ex wouldnt be able to beat a ds or shee thats also heavily modded- well i suppose you could just put a $$$15k crotch rocket motor in it- and then add frame gussets for strength
