The LTR needs new wheels. Which wheels should I get? I do mostly aggressive trail riding with occational jumps. Any recommendations or condemnations? What is good and what should I stay away from? Price range would be in the moderate range...nothing cheap but not the most expensive either. Any help would be appreciated.

 

I like DWT and ITP the best......

FWIW I just got DWT .160 wrapped with I-Razr radials from Maxxis from RM-ATV ....... The .160s are the "middle weight" rims from DWT, they are a little cheaper then the .190 but they are strong enough...... if you race get the .190 at the very least. From trails and novice racing the .160 will work just fine and save you a few bucks for something else......

ITP offers the T-9 which is comparable to the DWT .190 - they are often similar in price...... get whichever you can get the better deal on at the time since most people replace rims with tires these days anyway.....

 

ITP Baja...the reinforcement ring has saved me a bent rim a few times!
