Has anyone got to ride the new FX400 yet. They have been out for about 2-3 weeks, but I have not heard of anyone posting anything about the ride. The only thing that I have heard or the mag reports.

 

Not personally, but in typical GNCC style there was 2 of them at the First race in florida, one of which Steve Holbert is ridding and its allready totally modified with shocks, A-Arms, etc. Unbeleaveable. How do these guys get the machines before anyone else and modify them before the parts are even available?!

Looks like one showed up at Round 3 of the MHSC at Columbia. Didn't look like it raced, but I saw a pic of it on a trailer at the race, next to a 250R

 

The other post only has people talking about the looks and about where it was made(US vs JAP). I want some to tell us about the true ride not just around a parking lot. I had a chance to ride that C-dale before he bought it from the dealer. But, what I want to hear from is some who has put some time on one.
Gade, he was smart not riding it at Columbia. I have not raced there scine 93 in the mud. I will come up and help work the race. But there is to much mud in the spring and it is no fun. I might see you at Kokaha on the 29th. That is my weekend home, so I will go up and maybee race for the fun of it.

 

I've got #6 and have been riding and tweaking for about five weeks, cheeck out my info and answers posted in the cannondale forum posted by cddcpa, hope it is informative.
