Pull in the left lever on the handlebars and take your foot and push down on the shifter on the left side in front of the footpeg.Let out the clutch slowly along with some gas. When you get going in first pull in the clutch again and give it 1 hard shift into second. The next 4 gears are the same as those two. Neutral is between 1st and second and only takes a tap down from second to get it there. Give it to much gas when starting off and it'll wheelie away.

Incase you havent figured it out, 1st gear is shift down from neutral, After that all gears are shift up from neutral. In other wards, When in neutral, click down 1 time to get into first, then click up to get into 2,3,4,5,6 Other than that it has the same basic principles as a manual trans car or truck. As mentioned, neutral is between 1 and 2.
