hey i ahve a sportsman 500 ho for mud and i decided i want a cheap lil quad to race and go fast and do cookies and burnouts and wheelies and jumps and stuff so i was thinkng a 250r but i can't find one near omaha nebraska and also i have to stay cheap i dont hae much money hehe i was wondering would it be possible to get one for like 1500 in fairly good runnin condition if not can u finance a used quad or something thanks

 

If you find a 250R for $1500 let me know. For that kinda money you would probably like a 250X or a Blaster if you prefer 2-strokes.

 

you might fid one for that but unless you are very lucy you will get what you pay for.

 

i would look for a Yamaha Blaster is i were you. you could probably find a 1995 or newer for that price.

 

Around here Blasters lose there resale price real fast. There was a 99 with DG pipe, filter, nerfs for $1800. Perfect condition.
