My 300 hasn't lost to a Blaster yet, how is a 250sx going to beat a 300. It's a great bike, I don't regret buying my 300 at all, even though I have a 400 I still like riding my 300, it catwalks like a dream.

 

when you say lose to a blaster u mean in a drag or in a mx race cause i could maby see in the mx but not in a drag a stock blaster would probably beat yours and a piped one would smoke it

 

I drag raced a piped Blaster on the first day I got my 300. And beat him 3 out of 3 times...

 

The bottom line is 300's are good bikes, there not the best or the fastest bike out there, but I know at the end of the day my 300 is going to get me back to the truck.

 

I would have to agree 300exs are reliable and a good quad but im not sure about the drag what pipe was on his blaster u raced. your pipe probably only adds 2hp where as mine adds 25% more power which is like 25hp so i don't see you beating a toomey piped blaster maby the other rider wasn't experienced or something was wrong with his blaster plus the stock tires suck on a blaster, so one with different tires like mine or holeshots would hook up way better. Also the 300ex is also 50lb. heavier then a blaster so a blaster would have better power to weight. Also a 3003ex is 4700 while a blaster is just over 3thousand with the price difference you could get that 240 ct kit and have 40hp and some other mods and that blaster would kill a 300Ex. And it would have more power then a 400EX. And if you wan't to fairly compare it to that you could put another grand of whatever you want since the 400EX is 5,700. By the way honda people honda better come out with somthing new cause i don't see anyone except diehart honda fans buying a honda. When you have a similar machine except more power a Z400, the best dune machine a Banshee, the best overall quad a Raptor, along with Pretators cannondales DS650's i don't really see a place where the 400EX is better considering the Z400 is the same price. I think one quad that honda should make is they should make new 250R. I think they would sell lots considering half of the racers still use 250Rs. Even if it is only for 3 years untill they ban 2 strokes except in racing. IT would be something no one else has done a new 2 stroke and if they did make one that would probably be my next quad if not a banshee.

You sure have it great tho you have all the good quads and as far as i'm concerned you got the best two a banshee and a raptor

 

im not sure about the pipe on the blaster,it was i nice little blaster,his father had a bad a$$ banshee,so im sure it had good parts.i have never raced another one, but i would u guys ever heard about this site - thebansheekid.com this guy does all kinds of tricks. he does them on a banshee,and a 300ex

Toomey, do you mean you now have 25 HP total? I kinda hope so. Otherwise you have a 125 HP 200cc bike!
