This years batch of new Bikes has caused much termoil and brand switching. Honda has yet to release ( best for last?) thier bike, which is rumored to be SEPT 12.
ALL the big players have a top of thier line sport Quad out now.
I 've been putting off getting a new bike for as long as possible; I'm driving my wife up the wall with the situation ( she's happy riding anything).
I went to korea last year and sold my quad before I left, I thought all the NEW contenders would be in by the time I got back. BUT oh NO, NO new Honda, Suzuki put out a cool new quad that comes in different brands ( Kawi and Articat) and Polaris even got my attention with the predator. Instead of curing my Dysfunction this has only compounded it and I can only wait a few more weeks until I hear news of a Honda contender. Is any one else out there suffering from this new bike-itiaffliction?
This ontop of news that I got Last night of a new ATV park that opened up around me( 10 miles away!!!) This place is rumored to have my fix for an area that will apease the Monkey on my back Legally!!( MX track plus trails!)

Darth Maul is Sith, I was born 1969,
Not to say earlier that I want a new Honda but I want all my options in front of me. I like the Z plenty nice bike ...I really like the Kawisaki version too. Right now I'm getting pulled like taffy...I'm getting the sport bike itch too...again.

 

Just hope it's not "bold new graphics!!!".

You said it. Yesterday while flying down a sand bar, my buddy which was thinking of turning in his quad for a dirt bike changed his mind after riding the Z. You get the best of both worlds (Quad and Dirt Bike) [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

I was at the pits yesterday shooting the sh-t with the guys when a couple of guys on vinsons pull up and starts commenting on my zilla. (Thinking to myself that a lot of people around here have never even seen a zilla) I tell him that this zilla was 15yrs old. He assured me that he knew perfectly what a zilla was, because he is the head sales rep. for approx. 50 suzuki dealerships here in Ontario and has been for 18yrs. He goes on a bit about the condition of my zilla, that he had never seen one in such good shape, and so on...and so on!! Then we start talking about banshees and especially the new polaris predator to come out soon. He then tells me that suzuki is coming out with a big bore sportquad of there own. Being a suzuki fan myself I was excited and started asking him questions about this supposed sportquad. But he just sat there with a little smerk on his lips and shrugging his shoulders. I asked this very vocal man (who is now mute) if there was anything that he could tell me...smerk on his face and shrugging his shoulders. He did say it was to compete with the other big sportquads and to watch for it in the spring. I don't know if this guy was bullsh-ting me or what but he did seem very knowledgeable on suzuki products. I don't doubt that he was who he sayed he was but I don't know how much truth there was in what he told me! I guess time will tell. Maybe some of you guys have heard things about this to.
