Yamaha Banshee top-speed 77.1 MPH out of the friggin crate, 2003 high performance shoot-out yamaha banshee rated the fastest accelerating machine out of the ones tested and had the best top-end. Yeah so umm wanna give me your address so i can send this arcticle to you, oh and the raptor was right behind the banshee.

 

Hey sherlock, if you read the original post the guy specifically said "The purchase is between z400, Cannibal, Raptor, Predator." No S**t the banshee is the fastest, but it wasn't one of his options.....after all i should know, I DO OWN ONE!!!!!

 

No princess just scan it and send it to me ...fastest in acceleration what issue was either of these and who was it competting against it ? I hear lot 'o noise but no hard provable facts...ie what issue ?

 

it was tested against, alba piped raptor, alba piped z-400, piped DS-650, alba cannondale moto 440 and of course the all mighty piped banshee, the issue is january 2003 the shootout starts on page 160, guess who won all the drag races? The banshee. Ok now read this. issue of atv action hi performance shootout between raptor, cannibal, DS-650, 400 ex and banshee top-end speed test on the banshee was an incredible 77.7 mph on gps system, next in line was the raptor at 76.9, oh this was from march 2002.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

So again I will say it slowly...this is stock for stock not ALBA_MODIFIED...and I can't find issue online and since you failed to scan it I will again have to beieve you are incorrect.You ahve already proven you aren't following subject. IE stock for stock. I can and will post top speeds numbers/ or horse power number charts if I must but it is obvious that you just can't accept facts...yes the Banshee is a blast to ride...yes the kick of a two stroke is awesome...no a stock one will not outrun a predator.

 

get over it the 2 fastest quads out right now are the banshee and raptor i havent been beat by a polaris and never will because the are junk

 

i Have the slowest top speed. My 250r tops out around 55. And it is a ct ported motor. But i bet its faster around the track then most banshees. My grandma can just push a throttle!

 

I dont think you understand where im coming from. My freind designed the suspension for the Predator I rode it at the factory, and yes it was broken in, i will admit it beat my up to 4th gear then we were dead even the rest of the way.

I have never driven mine in a strait line. SO i guess you are right. I like to turn left and sometimes right. If i am feeling sparky i will give it gas AND TURN AT THE SAME TIME! just kidding
