The Predator meets your requirements. I love mine. Plenty of power, great handling, great ride. I highly recommend it. I would say that all the other Pred owners would say the same.

Depending on how tight your budget is, you may also want to consider the Suzuki/Kawasaki 400 twins. They have been out long enough so that you can start finding good deals below MSRP while Predator deals are rare from what I am hearing. The MSRP diff between the 2 is $400 (Suz being cheaper), but out the door prices may be much more. Shop around and see what you come up with. Either one will be a very nice upgrade over your Warrior and will put a smile on your face.

What tyoe of riding are you planning on doing? If it's trail riding I'd get the z400/kfx400 or the 400ex.
Racing on the other hand I'd look at the Predator or Cannibal.

Remember this though the z400/kfx400 and 400ex you can get for around 5200 OTD or less so that would leave you with extra money to spend on shocks, pipe system, tires & rims, and/or air box mods. etc..

Of the ones I've listed above I'd personally get the white z400 do to it being the best deal price wise and beening liquid cooled with reverse. I don't own one and don't plan on getting one though . I currently own a cannondale speed and GasGas 300 which I've ever happy with both.

I will be riding it in cross country type areas. The area is in north georgia, lots of hills, mud and trails.
The trails arent needed because there not very tight. My friends ride banshees and raptors, so there is a big 2-stroke 4-stroke rivalry as you might imagine. We often drag race so i want something with a good top speed, but i want it to be a 4-stroke.

Yeah, that's a good idea. Spend 6500 for a Raptor, spend another few thousand on suspension mods, engine mods, have it widened, lower and after you have eight grand into it, you'll have the Jap version of the Predator.

Buy American.

Well given your riding type, I'd first go and test rid all the quads your interested in then begin to narrow it down, since it sound like you have no plans to race in the near future I'd go with lower price quad and more reliable one wit ha proven track record. The predator being new I'd tend to look at something else. The 400ex or raptor might be the top 2 canidates with the z400 and cannibal following. I would definitly test ride them all.

The predator will definately please, but there is no substitute for a first hand ride. Try out the quads before you buy if possible. The Predator is the new benchmark!
