My friends looking for a new sport quad but is on a budget.

The two he is looking at are the 300ex and the mojave, anyone know which is better, handling, power, reliability?

so i cant help you there......

 

You can't go wrong with a Mojave. I've never ridden a 300ex but I have raced many and none have had anything for my Mojave. If he check around I bet he can get a Mojave for about $3500 + tax I beleive a 300 is around $4600-$4800. The Mojave all the way!! I never ran into any problems with my mojave at all....Even in cold weather it always started at least by the second kick.

Hey he's about 6 feet tall do you think the mojave is too small? He only weighs about a buck sixty but is kinda tall???

I wouldn't thanks so..I'm 5"10 about 170 lbs and it fit me well....The Mojave also handles very well in the corners Liquid cooling helps alot too!

 

The mojave has more power, but the 300EX handles better in just about every way. Also a 6 foot guy might be cramped on the mojave, but he'd likely feel the same on the EX.
