I had pipes on my Banshee and it would probably go in the high 70's, maybe touch 80 if it was lucky. I guess that Extra 20cc's makes a big difference.

i have a trialtech speedometer on it and with just a k&n filter/precharger, boyeseen reeds, and toomeys, it went 87.6 mph not even topped out, but it was in 6 gear, still slowly accelerating. Now bored over .20 i can guarantee it will do 100 mph.

hondaracer305,

No offense, but I wish I had a dollar for every guy out there that thought he had a 100 mph Banshee, I could retire at age 39. Have you taken a radar gun to it? How about a GPS? Ran it along side a car? Taken it to a drag strip? You do see what I'm getting at, right? Even the 87 mph on a trailtech is questionable. At a certain speed those things lose accuracy because of the ballooning ATV tires that weren't meant for that speed.

By the way, my 400EX will easily do 100 mph too. In a trailer behind my truck.

Well i didnt want to name call anyone, but i dont like when people tell me im wrong when im about 80 percent sure im right, if it wont do 100 it will do a pretty good bit over 90 i am a 100 percent sure of that. i know its not the fastest banshee around, but it will throw you off the back of the seat, trust me.

a modified banchee will easy do 100 mph, depends on gearing.
My friend was on his banchee I was in a POS chevy celebrity, we raced and my car would only go 87 mph, he flored it then walked away from me.
Banchee had 160 lbs compression, porting, fmf pipes, and a few other minor mods.

Porting makes a night and day difference in a banchee, I know from experience.

I also know of a Guy with a banchee that would beat a good running piped srx 700 snowmobile in a 500 foot grass drag while running racing gas.
Best running quad I know of in in this area that is only runing on racing gas, and still close to a 350.

I think i might have to get mine ported next after i get new shocks (i broke mine at the mx track ) Have you heard how much it costs labor and all? Dude, you know your stuff allright, you know how fast a banshee will run with pipes and other minor mods.
