Default Straight up Drag Race

At the dunes I hardly see any quads that are not piped in fact most of the dealers around here sell the quads with the pipes already on them. My brother in laws YFZ and Raptor left the showroom with the big gun exhaust already on it so I have never seen how they run stock

Stock for stock there is no question, the 04 ds is the fastest(quickest, whatever)quad on the market.but if u pull the peashooter on a yfz in a short race i would have to say it would have an advantige, depends on the ground your riding on also. its kinda hard to launch a stock 4stroke in wet sand where the banshee will launch real hard in it.................................oh yea, cannondales dont even compare, i would bet money the wouldnt come in the top four in a drag race with all stock machines. They are to weak on the top end.

A stock yfz is deffinately quicker than a ds and so is a banshee, and im pretty sure they are faster too besides a ds weighs 470 lbs. and the ds baja weighs 482 lbs there is no way they are quicker than a yfz, it doesnt matter what you say. You can put somebody on a yfz that weighs 120 lbs. and them and the yfz would equal the ds without a rider. So, a ds is deffinately slower than a yfz period.
