hey Dirtgurl, I just gave up on that other forum too (source) cuz i posted an article about Dick "bugsy" Mann, and it came back editied as *beep*"bugsy" Mann. When i got upset, they couldnt understand why. I'll bet "John" gets beeped too. it's insulting and pointless.

theres a lot of 'my blaster is faster' on that forum anyway.

If mine rolls out of the truck and back in, I'm happy.

Yeah, I don't know why some of these forums are getting so weird about stuff like that.. It isn't like you said anything wrong. I just got tired of all of the what is the top speed of a certain quad (there were like tons of posts about that) and the which quad is faster ones and then the other one that really gets me going - the which quad is better posts... Then it always turns into one big flame war because everybody is too sensitive about what people are typing even though it might not have anything to do with them or be dirested at anybody in particular until some body makes it all personal..

 

I just recently purchased a 2003 Kawasaki Mojave, and could not be happier. Plenty fast for me, and excellent on the tight trails.

I don't do any racing, and am quite happy with the performance.

It's all about having fun! I bought a 400EX in 99 when it came out and I knew the Banshee was faster, I know the Cannondale is faster, I know there are faster quads but it is all in the rider.

 

Count me in on the who cares part. As most people noted, a lot of rider skill is involved. I'm new to the sport so I know I don't have the skill. I'm happy with my Warrior. Being as big as I am, any bike I have is going to be slower because of that. Heck, I rented a 250ex at Pismo and got stuck one time when I stopped (on an uphill section of a dune..on the side) to help a friend.

I'm just out to have fun with my friends. And as someone noted, when you ride fast, you miss the scenery.

It doesn't matter how fast your are, or whatever if at the end of the day your friends are sitting in the ER waiting room.

I just say have fun, stay safe, and enjoy.

To it doesn't matter what you ride as long as you ride something.

 

I dont argue about which Quad is fastest online because it can't be proven. I dont argue about it in person because it can be proven.
