I was wanting to know if anyone can help me 3 years ago i baught a yamaha warrior and now its way outdated so i want to buy something new i am 5'10 180 lbs i do a good amout of jumping so i would like pretty good suspension. i want it to be able to be fast with a little amount of mods. i do alot of mudding and trail riding also. Reverse would be nice but i can live without it. What would you reccommend i get money isnt a big problem.

 

Man do i understand your dilemma i also bought a warrior 3 yrs ago after being out of the loop for several yrs tough machine but seemed to get slower every time i rode it. As for the new quad,the raptor,predator(no reverse)and the kfx/z 400 are all great quads ride them all and then decide.All machines have their minor flaws and no two people will ever agree on which is the best i personally think all companys are making great quads it is a great time to be a atv enthusiast.I personally bought the v force 700 (wife wanted a auto) I am also 5'10" 180 and it fits me great shaft drive,reverse and plenty of power not a great jumper but nothing a set of elkas can't fix.

 

same here 3 years ago I had a warrior too, then I got a raptor loved a first but to much mantinace, now is my ds love it. It get bad mouthed a lot but its an amazing quad. I'm 5'6 160lb and ride like you discribed most people can't keep up with me on trails, but I would also look into the v-700.

ps. nothing stock out jumps a ds it has 3in of travel over almost every other quad!
