Nice unit. Installed it in a few minutes. The only thing I needed to do was trim the back plate of the mounting bracket with a grinder just a bit to get it to slip into the lip on the subframe. It started right up and I will be riding tomorrow!

 

You're running 55rwhp on the stock bore and stroke? That is AWESOME!!!

55 horse, are you sure? That four key isn't to far away from the five key. Type O, right? If not, I agree with Bartlett.

Most 440 kit Z's make about 53-55 RWHP on stock ignition with cams, FCR carb, pipe and everything else. I have all of the above without the big bore, but with the ignition which is good for 5 HP.

 

55hp sounds pretty high , i am a two-stroke freak and i know thats too high for stock bore and stroke . do you have any porting?

 

I would send it back too. You got screwed if you didn't get added timing and increased spark. Too bad it took me to tell you that smarty.
