i have very erratic weak spark to absolutly none in the beast.there is around 2.5 volts from the stator to the cdi box and a little less from the cdi to the coil when i kick it over.does any one know the appropriate voltages for that machine? any replies greatly appreciated..........thanx............ps any way to bench test a cdi box?

 

i don't personally believe there is any sure way to check a CDI box.

Best thing in the world is if you can 'borrow' one and check out how it works.
