ok i have a 1986 lt250r and took all side case bolts out of clutch side and its not comming all the way off it comes out a little than stops im not sure why, it acks like theres somthing holding it back?
any suggestions will help big time thanks steve

 

Did you disconnect the clutch cable from the arm going into the case? That arm has to spin as the cover comes off unless the teeth are stripped on it.
