I got an '85 quadracer a few weeks ago. It has a Kawasaki KX-250 2-stroke dirtbike engine installed with a 5 speed manual clutch. This thing is awesome! THE Vibration is bad cause its a dirtbike engine and doesn't have a counterbalancer..Anyway i was riding it the other day with my friend who has a nuts 240 blaster. I realize there are alot of people in this forum who have quadracers and im trying to figure out if my quad would beat a stock 85 quad racer or if they would be equal or whatever... After all they are both 250cc 2strokes with 5-speed manual transmissions. Later

 

I dont know much (not really anything) about Kawi dirtbike motors. But guessing, I would think it would take a stock 85 LT250 pretty easy. It sounds like a bad a$$ quad.

 

Kx250s are extremely fast.
