I need help!! I have an '86 230 quadsport that keeps throwing the chain. I have replaced the chain and both sprockets and it still throws the chain. As any 230 owners knows that can be quite expensive if it keeps breaking the magneto cover. So my question is, what should I look for in trying to fix my problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Quadsports had problems with the swingarm bearings going bad. Make sure there is no play in the swingarm bearings and also the rear axle bearings.

My uncle had the same problem... but with his 250cc 3wheeler, what happened was that the motor shifted on the frame and the front sprockets were not alligned with the back one, so therefor the chain would jump the sprockets.

230cc QuadSport
300cc KingQuad
hoping to get a 500cc QuadRunner this fall.
