Hey Banshee2003, are you serious about the packing making that much of difference in power? My LRD silencer has been gutted completely ever since I got my Quadracer a few years back. Even the center core is gone.

Ok, I didn't know you were having problems hooking up. So go ahead and try the 13tooth. Its pretty easy to switch the front sprocket and its not a major debt/cost.

As for nerfbars DG and Moose and may AC racing should have some for ya.

Basicly you have a straight pipe on you quad if you don't repack it. They say to replace it every 30 hours or so it really depends on how hard you get on it if you just do trail riding you won't need to replace it that often but if you are getting on it hard all the time and racing you will need to replace it more often. You should be able to tell but lack of throttle responce. It will be a cheap upgrade since packing is only $20 most exhaust you need a special tool to repack it but not sure.

Superstar,
After I got the motor work done, it really rips. I didn't think you could get this much power out of an LT250. It's setup for motocross, not dragracing. Much more fune to ride, but the acceleration can wear your arms out fast.

My LT has FMF Fatty Torque pipe/silencer, it gives good gains @ low and medium rpms. Had to rejet when I put it on.

You need to get a repacking kit that comes with the packing you will neet to drill out the rivits in the rear of the silencer and put it out. There will be almost like a insulation kind of material that is wrapped around the tip of the silencer pull that off and replace with the new one. then reriviot it back in. And then you are done. You might not have rivoits but not sure. If your not comfortable doing it you should just have a dealer do it for you I am sure it won't cost that much.

Good luck
